UPDATE: New Retail Coming to 20 Broad

As tenants continue to fill up Metro Loft’s new rental building at 20 Broad, construction crews are plowing ahead on the large ground-floor retail spaces that will run from Broad to New Streets. Work should be finished before the end of the year, plenty of time for Nathan Berman’s Metro Loft to secure the right tenants eager to tap the area’s residential reservoir.
